We offer a 10 day exchange and return policy for unused products. For any such case write us to <a href=“mailto:email@example.com”>firstname.lastname@example.org</a> with your order number and a valid reason and we’ll initiate your exchange or refund as required.
Any request for exchange or return after 10 days from the delivery of your order won’t be accepted.
Once we’ve received your refund and our quality team approves the return. We’ll refund the amount back to your original mode of payment and notify you about the same over your primary mode of communication.
